Sarah Driscoll teaches Hatha Yoga for beginners and has been teaching daily for four years, practicing for 15. Sarah graduated from a 200 Teacher Training through James Miller Yoga in 2011, she also received a certification in Yoga Therapy. She is insured and registered with the Yoga Alliance. Sarah is currently teaching every morning out of her own studio located in downtown Cedar Rapids. Her studio space is part of a building in which her and her family own, live and work. You may also catch her teaching at Toula Yoga Studio, Rolling Hills Yoga and different community events, like the Women’s Wellness Group, New Bo Market free outdoor yoga program, The Young Parents Network outreach, and the public Library.

When not practicing yoga she’s singing, writing, volunteering, laughing, cooking, gardening and snuggling. Classes consist of a freestyle Hatha flow, balancing the body with emphasis on breath, mind body connection and relaxation. Sarah hopes to strengthen the yoga community and offer yoga to everyone!

“I want to bring yoga to all people and create an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable. I will help each individual discover their personal journey with yoga. I want to spread the joys and serenity yoga offers to the community. I want to break down preconceived ideas people have about yoga that keep them from exploring it. I will make yoga practical and attainable for anyone.”
